Khomotso C.G. Manamela (Mr)
Mr Khomotso Cecil G. Manamela has a B Juris (1996) and LLB (2004) from the University of Limpopo. He further did his Legislative Drafting Training (through Department of Justice and Constitutional Development), Advanced Labour Law 2017 (through University of Pretoria).
He served as a candidate attorney, admitted to practice as an Attorney during 2006 and served as a Professional Assistant at a reputable Attorney’s firm in Polokwane (spent a short period at Kampherbeek Twine and Pogrund Attorneys as a candidate attorney, and moved to Mphahlele Rangoanasha Attorneys), Limpopo Province.
Mr Manamela serves as a Staff Officer (Military Law Practitioner) in the SANDF. His military training and/or experience include Basic Military Training, Officers Formative Training, Advanced Military Law, Advanced Law of Armed of Conflict, and United Nations Staff Officers Course.
His military experience includes being a Senior Prosecuting Counsel, Review Counsel, Legal Advice and Litigation Counsel, and Operational Legal Support Officer, and he deployed externally under the African Union, United Nations and Southern African Development Community.
THE STAFF
Mr Olebogeng G. Motlhokodi has a National Diploma in Legal Assistance (2007) from Tshwane University of Technology and LLB (2021) from the University of South Africa. He served as a Legal Counsellor at LegalWise providing legal assistance and advice to LegalWise members from 2008 – 2021. He served as a Risk & Compliance Officer at All Ages Life insurance from 2021 -2022. He has been with KCG Manamela Attorneys since January 2023.
Ms. Mothabela H. Machaba has a National Diploma in Policing which she obtained from Tshwane University of Technology (2019) and an LLB from University of Limpopo (2024). She is a certified mediator for small claims after having completed a three-month Commercial Dispute Resolution Community Engagement Programme (2023) at Mankweng Magistrate Court, Limpopo Province. She has been with KCG Manamela Attorneys since April 2024.
Ms Katlego Khosana holds a Diploma in Law from the University of South Africa (UNISA), obtained in 2023. She is currently working at KCG Manamela Attorneys and furthering her studies with the aforementioned University studying for a Bachelor of Commerce in Law (BCom Law).
